@Upsy Daisy
Wow! that is fabulous @BigC ......your talents seem endless. (y)
Nah I dont consider myself so...I do like to work with my hands though, making things etc, such as the greenhouse..I'm not skill trained in anything other than working around timber and glass..I dont consider myself to be anyone who as any special qualities sometimes things work out sometimes they dont, same with gardening I expect...I use my garden to unwind relax and have a drink on a warm summers evening but even at that I'm always looking around it, to develop, change and maybe improve....nothing stands still for long I've noticed :)

:LOL::LOL: I must stop eating all that fibre.:LOL::LOL:I get my friends to save them.
Only gesting @Logan....it is a fabulous idea though...may use it myself..

Must dash Breakfast at the Garden Centre Cafe is calling....apparently we have FREE Coffee vouchers to use up hahahaha....probably cost me as much again on the stuff I come out with.......:)

@Logan..whats the scene with the leg (now I'm being nosey :) )
I ripped my entire ankle off the leg and had fusion a couple of years back (original trauma was 14 yrs ago and suffered until an opportunity arose to have this corrected privately)...I'm now back to walking normally, working and no pain...How about these for beautiful walking canes...I'd love one. £££

Sounds like you too have had a tough time @BigC....I think anything to do with the lower limbs takes a good while to recover and best not to rush things..as weight bearing ,even with crutches, is a slight hinderence to the healing process. I've had fusions in both feet( the last was almost 7 months ago......but still know when I've done too much!.

Small steps= big gains (y)

I fractured my knee, 10weeks ago. In plaster for 6 weeks. Now got a leg brace with a dial by the knee. Every 2 weeks i have it adjusted so i can bend my knee a bit more. Got exercises from the physio. I wasn't looking where i was going and fell over a concrete balard. I knew it was there.

Wow not good when things like that happen....I was laid up for 6mths and drugged to high heaven....I went cold turkey from the pain meds against Dr's orders (I simply couldn't handle them and enough was enough they were frying my head)......BAD MISTAKE.....such a downer I had..took a while but all is back to relative normality now....Hope you get better real soon @Logan

Ok here is a little overview of my day...its past 5pm and just finished running all over the place with the War Department...1 Garden Centre, 2 Supermarkets, 1 Bicycle shop, 1 Screwfix, 1 Petrol Station and 1 Bookmakers...it wasn't meant to be this way :(
Anyway I got my BIG Breakfast, bamboo canes, got some wine, got another chilli plant :) (Obsession now I think), bought some smaller stakes for the cucs etc....needed an extension lead for the propagator...Fixed new shopping basket to the front of the "War Department; Bicycle" (she thinks she's going to star in "Call the Midwife" ..lol)
Need a lie down hahahahaha.

Here follows a little overview on the small electric propagator I purchased last Friday evening.
Wanting to produce Chilli's from seed I needed a more stable way of keeping their environment warm in which they can germinate...I was having no luck with just being in the greenhouse, hence this small purchase.
Its stated Dimensions are: (H)18, (W)38, (D)23cm and there is more than enough room to get approx 10 small seedling pots into its black coloured base area where the heating element resides. One could quite easily get a small plant-let tray in there which would allow for more plants to germinate but I didnt have one to hand of that size) The lid is a rather flimsy affair (thin transparent plastic) with a small ventilation dial on top but all in all it seems a nice piece of kit for the money.
There is no temperature regulation dial but this was not expected on such a cheap product....There are two sizes in this range this being the smaller version (38cms) and the larger version being 52cms.
Will it be fit for purpose for which its intended (chilli seed germination) this all remains to be seen and I will keep you posted as to the results) For now its set running with 4 each of Prairie Fire and Carolina Reaper Chill's....one seed to each pot....I intend to mist these on a daily basis but not over wet....So we'll see how things progress from here onwards.
The product seems sturdy enough although care will have to be taken with the lid and on first impressions it's probably a good purchase considering its low price tag...Hopefully it will live up to expectations.....

@BigC I have a huge one which is thermostatically controlled. I haven't used it for quite a while. Too hot in Essex. I hope you can get as many chillis as you want.

A convoluted double one with very sick leaves.

Dracula - actually quite a nice flower, doesn't deserve such an awful name.

Their leaves all look like dying. They probably are...
