Thank you. Which part of Wales are you going to?
Well first it's a little bit of a mish mash and the wrong way round as we were heading to Kent to visit my wifes sister but its going to be too much travelling to enjoy a holiday so we have cut that out of the itinerary. So its Dublin Holyhead ferry...Anglesey..and on up north to Llandudno taking in coastal towns along the way there for a couple of days then slowly making our way down to Tenby (scenic/coastal and national parkland route where possible)....and then traversing to head back up to Yorkshire via motorway links or if time permits via small rural townships)...after another few days sightseeing...I'm driving the wee van so can get about easily..well thats the plan but all could still change its pretty fluid really :)
This will probably be my first port of call, pending the War Department's clearance hahahaha

The one before Friday just gone. What lovely photos you have, @BigC The redcurrants can win a prize. They are so glossy it is as if you oiled them before photographing them.

Why thanks for your kind comments...might as well keep the interest alive, gives folks summat to look at and maybe see something they like and go out and source a different plant...I know thats how I do it...Over the years I have collected some fine specimen plants (well for me anyway) I lost a lot a few years back to a hard frost but have managed to get everything back now...I've no room left :)....Whilst in Yorkshire I will be bringing back some proper Yorkshire stone pavers..good quality and nicely marked...cut for our front doorstep....a little bit of HOME for the wife.
I'm also on the look out for Peppers (nowt new there) and Potentilla Fruticosa "Red Ace" and the yellow flowered shrub I was looking ID for...whose name escapes me whilst I type. Also want a stone PIG...yeah you heard me...I saw one the other day in a fine garden sticking out of the undergrowth ....it looked pretty cool I thought so maybe just maybe...:LOL::LOL: Needs to look like a proper pig should mind you and not one of those smiley comical ones lol and definately NO Wings :LOL::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Good morning - it's grey and miserable here. But after yesterday's heat, this is most welcome.

@johnny canoe Your lawn looks lovely and lush. Mine is covered with clovers and is bone dry. Just watered some essential plants and there were about 3 drops of rain in the air. Came back to find out I had not turned on the dishwasher. Tried to capture some tits feeding, but after 40 minutes of filming, only quite a few sparrows. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... Think my 2nd zinnia is opening today.
