230 hellebores:eek::eek::eek:that's a lot more room than wallflowers.:LOL::LOL::LOL:

It is annoying, hubby sent a jacket back through the post. It didn't have to be a recorded parcel. It got lost in the post and royal mail wouldn't own up to that it was their fault. But in the end he got his refund after a lot of phone calls. But he's very good at doing that sort of thing and i think that i couldn't.:)

If he's not there, you would be able to do it. Believe you me! Unless it's not in your nature. It's not in my nature to be duped!

You've underestimated yourself. If you know how to be angry:eek:, which you do, you can do it!:LOL:

Bread is very fattening. We don't need its help in that respect. Our metabolism has already slowed down. Soon, I will be an even rounder rotunda! :LOL:
We can make our metabism go faster by being more active. But i think we're active enough.:LOL:

I used to think that bread was fattening and stopped eating it. But now i do eat a few slices a week. On Saturdays we eat a lot more. I find that going through the menopause has helped my weight be more stable.

Watched Trust me I'm a doctor, they did a trial and found out that if you eat from 9pm and 4pm you can lose weight. I haven't tried it because i get up at 5am and have breakfast at 6am, but have my last meal about 3pm.

But you can only eat healthy foods, not biscuits or cakes :)

So you still get up at 5am. Thought you got up at 7.26am these days! LOL!

I have been typing up all the plants I have bought since last year and feel very cheated. Lot of flowers were supposed to FLOWER ALL SUMMER LONG!

Has summer been? Or where have my flowers gone! I certainly have missed something!

I had flowers that have completely disappeared... not a single trace of them to be found. Wasn't until I started logging what I plan to sow for next year that I read back to what I had sowed this year..... and realised loads had vanished in to thin air :eek::cry:

Same here!:eek::eek::eek::cry::cry::cry:

I typed in all the plants I have bought from the 2 posh nurseries, wilko, poundshops, Morrisons and I have logged 86 with some bought twice. I felt cheated when the labels said, "Flower all summer long!"o_O I have so far about 8 dahlias but I have planted about 30. The Blue Bayou can't even be traced!:cry:

Some erythronium tubers were like dead bits. I feel a bit ashamed!:oops::oops:

That's a shame, it's the weather we've had.

Sorry for belated reply @alp, I'm not looking at the screen too much today as I have a bad headache:(.

Yes , it's strange and upsetting when you suddenly realise all the plants you had forgotten about ( well I had:shame:) that were sown / planted out .....never to be seen again:(:cry:

Stranger that that.........never saw any trace of them in the borders either. Can't blame the normal culprits as we had very few slugs and snails too. The plants totally vanished without trace... Spooky!!

When I looked at the flowers, I said to myself, "Where is this beauty?" I have no idea! One thing for sure, I must stop buying if there are no results.

A lot of plants what are supposed to flower all summer / most of the year never do for me, like Guem totally tangerine supposed to flower from May to October mine finished months ago, I could name a few more plants but can be bothered. The only plant I've had what will flower and flower is Erysimum Bowles Mauve. I haven't had many disappearing acts though, I only plant out large plants and never direct sow seeds.

I was watching Cold blood and promptly fell asleep. 7 people murdered and dumped in freezer and yet this sociopath, me, could fall asleep! Usually, I would sit up and all tensed up. So don't worry. I have been typing all the cards, labels from Morrisons (mainly clematises) and just was amazed at how much had disappeared! Now I'm freezing cold!
