Good morning to all: It's thawing now. I can hear rain in the lean-to or just snow thawing. Just pour some hot water into 2 bowls in the lean to.

Can't wait to finish the job at the back. Bought a reed fence for the back. Tomorrow I will do a proper inspection of my casualties.

I also asked for Madelaine.

I hope they are not out of stock. For me, I have chosen Argyranthemum ‘Grandaisy Pink Halo’

, and Petunia ‘Designer Buzz Purple’

Yes. I will be very happy if I could get the first one, argy bargy! The blessed name is sooo long. But they can be so beautiful. Saw on in RHS Hyde Hall and wanted to grave its details in my brain. Just so beautiful. Came back from outside. Bought a tape measure for 50p. Another planter for £2.50 and an iris for £2.49. And some others which I shouldn't repeat ... You know what!

It's nice bleak outside, but not cold at all.

Salvia Blue has germinated. Very happy. Have the feeling that this is the big blue ones!

22nd February. Not bad for a week's work. Probably costs £8 to buy a mature one!

I told hubby what i did and it's from T&M. He said i'll probably get a peach tree.:ROFLMAO:

Yes. You should be so lucky. I was sent Black Swans again after complaint and I suddenly saw yellowish anemones on my patch this year and not ONE Black Swan again. About the irises, they sent me £15 voucher as compensation and what did I do? Bought helleborus anemones again. I feel like cancelling but the washbabies were out of stock and I can't possibly can reblooming irises again.

Your Salvia blue seedlings look just like my patens Alp, they have grown really well and germinated in January, not leggy either. I haven't started any other seedlings yet, just growing on my lavender cuttings.

I also have patens seeds, but they didn't come out like these. In fact, can't remember what they look like. I hope these are the GIANT ones that you can see from a distance. Big and striking. I saw some germinating like these last September, but of course, with no heat supplied, they must have died. It's a strange seedlings - always time 2. Hopefully, I have something to show you in summer ... please, please, please! I love that salvia!

I don't want a peach tree, because of leaf curl. Wanted a apricot kept getting sent a peach. Tried 3 times we had a refund after that.

I think they've had it, especially for this year :( They had a week or two to acclimatise to the outdoors if grown under any poly tunnels at the GC etc
