Took quite a lot of plant from the house to the GH, fuchsia - pelargoriums etc. Potted on more seedling which just reminded me now I had left some in a tray of water after transplanting, Tripped over some pots while out which is no surprise because they seem to be everywhere and growing somehow . Quick slug patrol while I was out around the crown imperial fertilise, the slug wool pellets aren't repelling them enough so hand picked them off, found a lily beetle while inspecting

@alp no not shady, more leaning towards full sun with a bit of shelter from cold winds and get fully blasted all day from the hot / dry summers you have , they don't like to dry out. It be better to plant it in full sun and keep well watered with rain water than planting in to much shade.

Morning @Logan and those who have still to rise :)
Same old same old I'm afraid here today..At least I have some plants into the Greenhouse now, cant wait for my horticultural lamp to arrive to help germinate seeds and help seedlings that are still in the house...Off to work for me I'm afraid..gotta keep the wolf from the door still...back at tea time where hopefully it will have warmed up a little..

Good morning to all - Thank you, @Perki . At the moment, the 6 are still in the lean to. I have done a lot in the lean to and now know where to pot the plant.

Lots of slugs and snails around my allium - the white ones and I think the gaura might have had it. The violet osteospermum clump is now a heap of skeletons. I think it will recover. Move tons of strawberries to the edge of the wall where I got rid of my clematis and grapes. This morning, I will weed the front and then go to the back. Reckon this will be a 4 hours' stint.

After that, need to sort out the lean to. Finally, after numerous purchase, I might have 2 astrantias in my garden. Finally... Have a nice day, everyone! BigC: would love to see your horticultural lamp and hope you make your own beehive. That's a lovely accessory, cultured and environmentalist!

Thanks @alp yeah it will be good to trial this aspect..I use them all the time over fish tanks for aquatic plants but I have nothing this small. LED's have come a long way in colour temps and spectrums

I wish I had done LED lights all through the house! Always money!
We've got the low energy lights, but they keep changing the size of them.

It's the same with the smoke detectors. These battery ones they start going off without any reason, that's the sign that they're no good, have to replace them. But when it comes to putting another one up have to drill more holes.

Poured all day??? You were so unlucky as we were all basking in the sun! Today, it was perfect, Roped son in to help with the front finished it half an hour ago. Brilliant. Now, we move on to the lean to. Wasn't so annoyed to see a slimy trail over my white lavender seedlings and was so happy to have found the critter. Murder in order!

Now is a bit hazy and opened all the windows in the lean to.

Hi, just got back from spending the whole day at my brother's. Sorted out his garage ...gosh it was full to overflowing!!, and cleared out his shed .Now have a huge pile to dump, will either get a skip or a man with a van.
Absolutely tired out now, sadly no gardening today. But please to see yet another wallflower had fully opened during the day, love the colour!:)

Yes @alp think we were unlucky yesterday....rain, rain and more rain:(

Lovely pics everyone.....I'll just nip out and snap the new wallflower.
