I have been cleaning 2/3 of the front hard driveway for 3 hours solid and I reckon I will sleep like a log tonight. 3 hours and still haven't finished. Not a drop of rain, but very fine drizzle the whole day. It's like fine talc, barely noticeable. I reckon it's pouring Zenji's way and yet he's so cheerful!:LOL:

This morning, I broadcast my 40p bottle of wildflower seeds with coir and whatnot onto the rockery. Hopefully, the heat predicted by Zenji is here to give the seeds a good send-off!

If this keeps up I'm gonna have to buy a Greenhouse Heater :)

I will buy one when the price is reduced. Paraffin is not cheap though. A pensioner moaned that one bottle is £8 .. I saw quite a few reduced, but never felt until THIS YEAR!:eek::cry:

Hello BigC,
I haven't taken pics of the birds for a week or so but here's a nuthatch at the piggy trough I set up for them.

The ice is breaking up on the Bow River and getting jammed on the Blackfoot bridge. Sign of spring.

Lovely photos and the bird must be very hungry and forgot to smile at you.

Funny thing was that I was weeding and cleaning the path and there was a funny noise and I looked up to see a bike making that loud funny noise. I think all bikes should be equipped with some tenor like that and the biker can use it to announce his/her presence with a honk every time he or she get out of a road with limited visibility.

The biker made that noise probably because that junction had seen a lot of accidents, usually caused by motorists shooting out of the side road.
