I'd like to exchange our weather with yours today Logan; we're forecast gusty winds and light rain showers; what we've got at the moment is Blackie putting down pencils and his sister Gale slamming these to our bungalow front; I wondered why the occasional puddle could be found in the new porch I built; I've just checked and it's Gale blowing the rain so hard it's coming in around the letterbox; GRRRRR. It's miserable; cold and dark too.

I wish you hadn't mentioned snow Logan;

I've got the petrol mower on the bench wanting to give it a comprehensive service after all it's now 32 years old and still going strong because I look after it. If I wander down to the workshop I'll get a good soaking; everything I want to do seems to have problems attached; I've just bought a lot of seeds and am awaiting their delivery; my bad luck as usual;

This is so typical of my bad luck; I've been awaiting delivery of the seeds I paid full price for since Monday and yesterday I received the message seen above. Hopefully the seeds will arrive today then I can sow them knowing I won't need to water them and tomorrow they can be subjected to sleet; what fun.

Hi,

Cold here too this morning Logan; I've done the usual three supermarket shopping and the breeze is perishing; better than yesterday so far though; the terrific wind and horizontal sleet has gone; Blackie and Gale must be getting ready for their next torment.

I can sympathize with you Logan being tormented by the weather whilst walking Barley & Berry; I'm pestered with washing and drying the car; I can't stand our car looking dirty and each time I wash it the car seems to get bigger; it needs washing again but I'll be going out in it shortly so what's the point in wasting another hour for nothing, roll on month end when it's classed as summer.

If we have a dusting of snow here in the UK it's a disaster and everything comes to an halt.

Hi,

Good day to you too Logan; I hope it's a goon un.

Gale is trying her best to remove everything from our valley side; why didn't we buy a bungalow at the other side of the valley where it's shielded from these terrific winds; Blackie too is joining in putting down showers so everything is soaking wet outside; for once though I'm not moaning because last year we enjoyed a very rare lovely summer and only a short while ago enjoyed beautiful weather; the rain will be beneficial to the seeds I've broadcast giving them a good start so it's not all bad.

Because of the poor weather I've been in the workshop and yesterday fired up the mower after decoking and grinding in the valves as seen here;

Bad weather won't stop me it just slows me down a bit.

Still windy here too Logan and wet with it.

Two 50g packets of Cornfield Annual flower seeds have just arrived so this wet weather is perfect for them; I'm hoping for masses of assorted wild flowers this year with a garden buzzing with life.
