Hi,
Gorgeous day here; 17C but feels a lot warmer in the sun. I'm preparing the ground for a new shed and have just knocked off for a brew. Whoopee I love days like these.

I'm just having a brew then I'll resume work getting the site ready for a new garden hut I'll soon be making.

Building blocks laid level. Post holes dug for soil retaining fence in treated timber. Please note steepness of garden which makes any job very difficult.
Our old shed measured 6' x 4' but the new hut (no windows) will measure 6' x 5'. Yesterday morning I ended up totally frustrated getting nowhere trying to save a bit of time levelling the building blocks one at a time. After dinner I pulled the lot out and started from scratch which I should have done in the first instance; nothings easy living here on the valley side but I'm never bored.

Thanks Logan. Criminals are treated better than victims here in the UK; windows in a shed only show off what's inside hence I'm building huts without windows; ideally I'd like to hot wire it into the national grid.

Supposed to be 45f (7c) here today with rain from a storm off the coast that may go through cyclogenesis or 'Bomb out' in layman's terms. Snow not to far away so we'll have to see how things really develop.

We too have had frosts Logan then decent but cold days; the breeze coming up the valley is perishing but not quite as cold this afternoon; I've just come indoors out of the garden; it's forecast warmer as the week progresses so I'll be in the garden more; I love this time of the year when everything bursts into life.
