Today, we were taught curry again. That area is full of people from South east Asia.

The cucumber is from me, so are the coriander and rocket. I grow the last two. Very pleased with them. Shame the coriander has not grown very tall because of the lack of water. Rocket is beautiful and healthy though.

Fine thanks @Logan. Been making the most of being in the garden today as we have rain tomorrow:).

Collected some seeds from the Primulas that I really like and sowed 2 trays, also sowed a whole Pkt of Aquilegia , never have much luck with them .......but keep trying anyway(y)(y)'-

Looking at the forecast we are suppose to have non-stop rain from midnight until 8pm tomorrow evening!!!!
That will make the weeds grow :eek::(.

Sleep well:sleep::sleep::sleep::sleep:

@Upsy Daisy Haha! You do make me laugh. Weeds grow and plants grow as well. Finally 3 butts full. I am directing to the front and the back of the garden. It is still raining. I feel like being in a gold rush, some sort of Bananza or manna from heavens .. Words can't describe. I even picked up a big box from up the road for this exercise. Will go out to trim some out-hanging shrubs to maximise the surface areas getting rain. I'm desperate.

Glad that you are finding your leg, @Logan ! Can't wait for you to be mobile and we can see more of your garden...

@Upsy Daisy I am sure you will have success as they are your own seeds. Talking of which, I might have something to collect as well.

Morning @Logan and @alp.

Hope both of you woke feeling fully rested and ready to start the day.:D

So glad you're butts are at long last full @alp, I did exactly the same as you yesterday and cut back some of our shrubs so that any rainfall can now reach all the under plantings .

Rain is set to persist all day today so everywhere should get a good soaking:)(y).

Not sure what to do today, had originally thought about an NT visit , but not worth it in the rain. Might pop round to my sister's for a coffee and catch up instead. Then......and only if it's still raining :D....might tackle the mountain that is slowly evolving in my ironing basket :eek::eek::oops:.

Have a Wellie Wading Wednesday!!

@Upsy Daisy Getting clever now - Have Wellie Wading Wednesday!!:D:p

What do you mean by you're butts???

You should have seen my house. The kitchen was full of half empty strepts trays and half of them died because of the dry air. The other semi alive ones full of bugs.. I had to use masking tape, sellotape to remove the little critters and in the process, I removed one precious bud.:cry:. I have one flowering and 4 buds and that's all. I think I'd better quit gardening or stop having indoor plants. Nothing but hassle. Wouldn't have been so bad - but even in winter, I had to open windows to let the air flow and the sudden drops in temperature just didn't help. All the pots have been pulled out in the lawn to catch that precious drop of rain. I wonder if a squirrel is dead somewhere as there is this pong .. I wish I could fly.. Need to go out to trim the overhanging trees. Trouble is even with a ladder I could reach the nasty neighbour's bitter cherry .. Grrrrrrrrrr.....

Morning chatterboxes :)
Damp but drying up at noon.
Got a load of plants in the car to plant in my nephew's garden. The rain expected tonight will settle them in well.
A couple of plants I was beginning to think I had lost are now shooting......nice feeling that ;)
Hope everyone has a great day(y)
