Hi just back from the physio gym. He worked me a lot harder this time. 10 mins on bike level 1,2,3, level 4 for 4 mins. Level 4 is the hardest. A lot of other things. Finished with another 10 mins on bike, the same as before and cool down by going from 4 to 1.
The whole day I have been waiting for this packet which has never arrived. Emailed seller who said it was sent first class on 8th. Very annoyed. Extracted some Astrantia seeds and used a milk bottle as a tray. It might not work, but I'd like to experiment. Hard work extracting those seeds. I do like the flowers, especially when they are perennial. Whilst sitting next to the window, I watched quite a few episodes of Red Rock. Wonder if @BigC has ever heard of it!
@Logan Does it hurt after the exercises. Riding on a bike for physio. Then I don't have to book a session as I have already got an exercise bike at home!
I'm sure the pain will wear off. But the initial discomfort might be a bit much to cope. I had my exercise bike down and I will go serious on the bike next week. A guy gave me tons of chocolates and I don't like to see them hanging around. My downfall!
@alp yes i'll be alright tomorrow. Naugty you shouldn't eat them all at once. You want to do the bike gradually. Make sure you warm up first and after cool down,by doing some sretches.
Nope never heard of it @alp but then again I dont watch TV a lot..maybe a little sport or a gardening program GW..thats about it...I find soap operas depressing and not good for peoples moods.
