Hiya Logan, to the left behind the actea Lobelia Hadspen Purple is coming out....do you mean that?
To the far right of the helenium is Lobelia Tania.
Between the rudbeckia and Tania is Persicaria Fat Domino
Yes, the lobelias seem to attract bees but there are loads of bees around this year. Yesterday on the tall Agastache Black Adder bees were swarming all over them. I think agastaches are more attractive to them than to buddleias :)

Yes, agree with @Logan Even Knorr cubes can be very salty.. But as my friend said, "We are still here! Hehe!" After hearing that, I ate without feeling guilty. Her chillies were made with nothing else but salt.

Normally, I sleep very well. I just tell myself to forget everything - the benefit of doing a bit of yoga..

What a fabulous border, @Verdun RHS Hyde Hall should glimpse some ideas from your. Are all astilbes that tall?

@BigC @Verdun and @Logan are your models, not me.

Here are my zinnias which have been flowering for a month or more

I bought a tiny plug from Thompson & Morgan and I am very happy that at least one white and one blue have now flowered..

Been pretty hot here Logan..:)...little dog here seeking some shade. Rain in the forecast but none here although it looks like clouding over now.
No blueberries left here.....didn't help that I gave my best bush away (all in large pots plunged in the ground) but no matter still had plenty. Plus the recipient, my nephew, has had some fruit too .
Another 4 or 5 heleniums about to flower...new last autumn. Always exciting to see the first new flowers. (y) Buds on leonotis too.
