Must be jolly gardening in Cornwall, @Verdun juicy peach, lovely flowers and verdant grass.

@Logan would love to see your various jars of marmalade. The house must smell like a syrupy perfumerie!

@johnny canoe I bought them on the cheap, the only ones I raised are the doubles and that is after several attempts. I have had a rotten year for petunias.. Not so prolific as yours. Hope your business have been thriving.

Funny thing is that I nearly cried when I had one canna per each seed packet. I left a tray in the lean to without any labels and now there are 6 growing. I won't take them out again so early as one that was out had been gobbled up by slugs and the other is covered with big holes..

I think it must be raining once a week in Ireland, like Cardiff.

I wish I had some of your rain, especially HEAVY RAIN. It's bone dry here. Just mowed the lawn which was full of clover.
ONCE a week???...I think the sun comes out Once a week over here hahahahaha

I cry for you now, @BigC You should have gone to Yorkshire - a lovely place.. Shame that we didn't go into Rievaulx ! Very stupid of us. But there were only 8 hours a day and these places didn't open their door not until 11am..

Nice flowers alp! :)
I have a seed pack of colored petunias but I'm just not sure when's the perfect time to start them. On the other hand, I've started a cotton seed and a luffa seed. ;)

I've also been thinking of moving my mangoes back inside, I don't think they're used to the boiling heat yet since the one I left inside grew new branches while the ones outside are still focusing on the main stem.
I'll move one of them inside and post a pic a few weeks from now.

@Klona You can always look at the packet and seed just a few - usually there are loads in a packet. Just be careful of the temperature. They are really worth it. I used to hate annuals as I have to buy seeds every year. But after having petunias, I am not so mean any more, but still MEAN! :p:eek:

Lovely pics @alp and @Logan ....... didn't see any scones !

Had a nice day with a group of friends, sat outside in one of their gardens........they have sooooo many water features it sounds like your near the sea!:D

Just been around the garden doing a spot of deadheading, but apart from that not much to do out there at the moment except to wait excitedly for new blooms each day:D(y)

Have a relaxing evening:)

@Upsy Daisy You're so lucky that you can have tea and see the sea from Ikea and your friend even has water features. It's so lovely to have a stretch of water or some calming water feature, like that of @tbendl . Some water features can be so loud that they make you nervous.

I can hear neighbour's pumping working all the time and their Koi Carps flapping making loud noise. Not calming at all. I get very nervous when their pond leaked more than 3 days. One day is good for watering my plants. More than 3 days, I would be worrying about it rotting my plant roots.

I have knocked a funny wall down from the wild wild west ie. the back. Next thing to do is to remove the metal shed. Now all the wood and bricks have to come out. I might hire someone to finish the job as I can't even lay a path straight or flat.
