Went out to hang out some clothes for 5 minutes and now I am perspiring with sweat drops all over my eyebrows..

9am and it is already searingly hot! Some poor school kids are going to have sports day at 1.30pm ..

@alp yes I've been doing some more planting,too hot now. Was getting hot at 8am.
Picked some blackcurrants and raspberries before then.

@johnny canoe You have really cheered me up! Such a spectacular show... so many flowers and all cheerful, confident and daring.. Love it. Set off your hanging baskets nicely. I must see if I could buy this rose in the UK. Worth every cent ..

It just makes me smile!

Good morning everyone.....and still the sun shines!

Forecast to reach 30 today....but only a shivering 18 on Friday!!!!
Winter Woolies at the ready as that will shock the system a bit!
Oh well it was lovely while it lasted!

It's lovely now being able to sit back and enjoy the garden ,watching and waiting for things to spring up and burst into bloom. All that hard work of seed sowing and temperature watching during late winter/ early spring is now proving well worth it
