@tbendl Lovely pond. I love water lilies. I bought some seeds even though I haven't got a bond! I'm mad like that! Iris is also a lovely plant, usually planted by the side of a pond. Thank heavens that the seeds keep for 200 years. If the weather is hot enough, I might try to sow them and I can use a tub or a bucket as a poor-woman's "pond"

@Upsy Daisy I have a packet of coleus seeds. Just can't get round to sow them. I an't open my eyes, so night night!

Thanks @alp and @Upsy Daisy i appreciate it. Couldn't have done it with all the help from the sister garden pond forum. I have iris in my waterfall area and love all my water lilies. I'm just now starting to look at plants to border around it.

Good morning to everybody!

@Upsy Daisy If you went through 100+ strepts, you would be sleeping very well, like me!

@Logan I'm just aiming to keep them alive and then move with them, Hopefully, I have a window facing north or south which could provide a better condition for them. .. Half of them perished from dry air.

@tbendl Forums are very useful and you get to meet some very nice people and very occasionally, some nasty ones, (must emphasise, just like society). Youtube is also good. Would love to see your waterfall!

@Klona Soon I will have 4 mangoes to share your joy or pain. Incidentally, I must eat them quickly. 25p each .. I blame inflation. Haha. What a lovely sunflower! Have you entered the competition? Mine is still 3 inch tall and yours flowering already! What's latest take with your garden, @Klona ? Would like to see some more photos and find out your latest gardening adventure!

I would refuse to do that. Look at how we are bullied and Merkel shows her true face - Germany is the boss. If you got elected as French president, would you go to Berlin the next day? NO, NON, NEIN!

The more veg we grow, the better. Remember the snow in Spain? Lidl had cucumbers as they are from the UK.

I know it's better to be out of the EU. But it might not be easy at first. Grapefruit is scarce at the moment, the papers don't pick up on that. Yes it's good to grow veg, I'd like to use the front garden, dig up the lawn.

If I'm not thinking of moving, I would do that. Actually, I might need to reclaim the lawn again, but I don't want the house to look too untidy. Yes, for sure, it's not going to be easy, but to be thumbed down and ambushed by other countries while they are lusting after my £35m/day subscription to the EU is too much to bear.

Alp, they look great.Yes i agree with both.
I've always thought that if we didn't have 2 goldies, i would do more in the garden. But i do have to be careful what sort of things I could do. Because of my back, i can't do the same thing for a day and do the same the day after.
