It has been a glorious day, so lovely and incredible beautiful. Went all the way outside the borough to view a house and had asked the estate agent to tell me the number. He told us it had got a name, not a number. When we arrived, it was delightful as on one side was protected by trees and shrubs.
We drove along and to our amusement, saw nothing but names, Montana, Lavana, Ivydene, Glebe Cottage, LLanberis. Oh dear! We had to drive very slowly as some names were very small. We drove back and forth and to no avail. In the end, we had to get out of the car to hunt for this elusive bungalow. And the minute I got out the car, it was so noisy and son told me that it was a major road*&^. Luckily, my son had the epiphany of consulting the advert and looking at the map. It turned out that a major road truncated this road and we had to drive to the other side to find the house. Outside was very neat and appealing, but the noise was inevitable but much mitigated by the tall house next door. Rang the bell and no answer. Peeped through the gate, 70 feet garden, nice and neat, but not big enough.
I phoned up the estate agent and was told the house had been told. I was not amused. Snowflakes who didn't bother to tell viewers that the house had been sold. We drove the car out of the property and straight away, a posh Merc parked up. I talked to them to find out if they were the owners. The lady told me that they were to view the house at 2.15pm. Useless workers.
On the way there, a lovely 3 bedroom house had been sold. It didn't surprised me as it was near the station and the house was newly extended with 106 feet garden! There goes my dream!
The first was was very rundown and the whole house was filled with cigarette smoke. I said how people could breathe in this kind of air. The estate agent said we had to be careful as the owner was inside the house, in the kitchen to be exact. 110 foot garden, but the house stank and lots of water stains on the ceilings of the bathroom and other rooms.
