No not ventured out for some easter eggs, It been snowing nearly all morning, but its lashing it down now turning the snow into slush, I don't fancy going out into the cold. Think I'll stay in for now and look for some plants online, struggling to find any nursery with some different plants for sale, everywhere seem to be selling similar plants.

I normally don't like green flowers at all but that green hellibore does look quite spectacular @alp . My hellibore opened up now but I am a bit disappointed with it, I amsure it was supposed be be white edge with speckled pink / red in the centre, it more of a muddy pink with dark red in the middle with no white. I will go out and get a picture when it stops raining for a second.

Supposed to warm up now :) said on the weather high teens end of the weekend, probably not here but a bit of warmth better than anything we had recently.

I am definitely not going out , nearly on my ass walking just out the back door. Got a picture of the helibore, it a nice hellibore but its not nice enough, especially compared to some of Alp. It on show where it is near the back windows so want a nicer one really, I'll move it somewhere else / give it mum or compost it.

I hope your new job will pick up. To have nothing to do is plain boring. Are you allowed to read magazines or newspapers? If they employ you, they must need you as a new pair of hands.

At first, the novelty of being paid to do nothing was funny to me. I kept thinking, "Woot!! I'm getting paid $9/hr for relaxing!!" :woot: That wore off fairly quickly. :meh:

When they needed one new pair of hands - they hired two. Another cashier was hired at the same time I was. I'm not getting the 20+ hours a week we had agreed on at my interview. She's averaging 30 hours, I'm averaging 14. Now, if they took 6 away from her, I'd get my 20 hours. On the other hand, it's her only job, and she's a single mom. o_O The manager knows that this is my "extra" job.

On the third hand, (since we have four...) she can't be hurting for the money, or she wouldn't be spending $275 for a metal fire-pit ring!!

The boredom and the lack of hours have disillusioned me. I've started chatting up the management at the gas station where the cashier just quit!! :sneaky: :ROFLMAO:

You flirt! That's so funny!

She might be a single mom with a boyfriend (undeclared!) Some people are like that. They moan that they are poor and then you discover they have Sky package! Or they told you they needed to get 2 buses to get a 10p photocopy whilst at the same time, they were buying granite worktop and building an annexe at the back of their 4-bedroom house!

Went out and got a 4 foot tall Gala Apple £10 on the stand, but 20% off because of Easter. I got it for £8! Now where can I get one of Gemma's maniac chick running back and forth! I wish I had got the pear and plums. they are the shorter stock M27? They have Mirabelle de Nancy, Bigarrou Napoleon (cherry) but no Stella. And Cox Orange Pippin.

Don't move it until they seed. So pretty. I really love it. I used to use it as my avatar. But I have yet to find one as good as yours.:cry::cry:
