So sorry that your dad was low yesterday. Perhaps get them to look at photos again. It's just so hard on you. I remember this old lady, a friend of my late mum's, wanted to die so much as she was the only one alive and kicking and with pain. You can't really say to him, "Look, you're alive and so enjoy every single moment!" Or get him to watch some old TV series!

My son wasn't repulsed by the beetroots as I added tons of carrots and tons of apples to it. Bought a bag of good looking apples (Robjin??) from Lidl and they didn't taste nice. I dumped them in straight away. I only love Gala, Pink Lady and Jazz. The rest has always been dodgy to me!

@Upsy Daisy Don't remember having those kinds of seeds.

Any way, our breakfast

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Another beaker to go through!

The beetroots in Lidl looked sooooooooooooooo nice though!

@Upsy Daisy If you could juice it with carrots and the 79p a bag apples, they would be very good. Hope your blood sugar level is not at risk! Juicing is actually not that good as it could spike your blood sugar level! I hadn't used the juicer for nearly 4 months as it's such a messy business. Now my flask looks like it has been smeared by blood!

Thanks for your suggestions.....it also looks like certain Iris seed pods too. There were irises nearby but these weren't labelled....if you get my drift;)

The business window has just opened for business! Just a 2 inch gap, the air can attack my nose and throat even though it was over a garage!

Even my sister said, "Come on, that's a tiny gap!"

I Imagine the guy opening the window wearing this

Those seeds could be anything. Make sure they are not invasive. I got a seed pod of orange seeds and I realised that they could be arum lilies and I'm going to discard them.
