We have hundreds and hundreds of them.....feel mean using the compost as the birds are very quick to rummage around for them.

After all their hard work I then literally take them to their death!:(:(

I think I'm tidy but he always had to 'tweak' my attempts.:D
I’m super un tidy there’s always a trail of garden tools empty plant pots and half drunk cups of tea :) then I tidy it all up whilst thinking I must be more tidy and organised :)
Yer like that’s going to happen ! :)

View attachment 44095 I should be good for plant pots for the rest of my life lol :) love freegle the guy even dropped them off for me I gave him a bacon butty turns out he’s a land scape gardener and tree surgern so he’s dropping off some wood chippings and saw dust :)

Amazing! Same here! But I'd love to have big pots! Saw tons of 7L or pots used for soft fruit trials in Wisley. Would love some of those. Are these people nice - delivery included! You're soooooo lucky!

Give a limit to the wood chips or it will be authorised fly tipping! Thank heavens that I have a 7m x 4m at the back for that purpose!

Afternoon all, missed beechgrove this morning woke up at 9.16 thought I get 15mins more sleep obviously it didn't go to plan.

I thought T8 lights were quite thirsty @Leeski, I have t5 lights in my fish tank and there more energy efficient but no where nears as efficient as LED. Have you considered soil warming wires ? only way I can thing of keeping the humidity up is with a cover or do regular misting.

I need to clean the GH out but that can wait to winter, I need to get motivated and do some cuttings.

@alp the plant ID is a Galtonia Candicans, they are nice but the long strappy leaves puts me off a bit, you buy them as bulbs
