I have got 5 stems of fig to take cuttings. I got them free from Freegle and I gave the lady a Salvia Salmon Dance and 4 cuttings of Amistad. Hope she loves them. She said she only had hotlips! You've done a lot. At this rate, I won't be able to sell the house as there are far too many pots hanging around.. and too much going on. I shouldn't be doing cuttings and yet now I have 5 trays more! Lordy lord!:oops:

Have got some oil filled rads coming next wk hopefully will do the job and a circulation fan I want the room around 22-27c and 50% humidity think my setup may change was toying with going back to led grow lights but decided on the t 8s not sure that was a good idea will see how it goes as there not powerful enough but they are cheap to run :)

And I thought I was early! 4.16am, @Leeski !? Now I know where I have gone wrong. No consideration has been taken of humidity. The air in my lean-to or indeed my garden has been troubled by hot dry airs from the west setting sun and neighbour's business. How do you control the humidity, @Leeski ?

If you ask for E7 to be installed, you might get the running cost down a bit. That's why I did all my laundry, dishwashing, and hoovering before E7 timer jumps to normal day rate.

Yes, @Perki a great day out. The best visit to Wisley as far as I'm concerned as there are new elements x 3 - The Wisteria Walk which wasn't there last year, nor were the topiaries and the warm corner for cannas, tithonias, exotic fuchsais and seeing them earlier in the trip made a lot of difference.

I hope I can give @Mark56 what he could have seen had he been to visit.

From there, we went to the trial field - on trials are Sanguisorbas (love sorbet), petunias, tons of agapanthus, marigolds, hibiscus.

Tons of hydrangea paniculata Vanille Fraise used as ground cover

Looks so tropical and indeed further on there were tons of cacti. But the noise from the traffic was deafening!

Here come the petunias

Good morning, @Upsy Daisy ! I have 6 new alerts! Whoa! Who's been busy! You, of course!

A heavy duty smelly patch on the right knee and was able to lug 2 watering cans to water the bald patches in my garden. Some of them from ants' attacks .. I give up.

Leeksi - good idea to set the alarm so that you don't get up too early, especially when you have so much in your mind. I woke up because of the heat!

Your worms are not indoors, I hope! They do escape!:LOL: And the pub is a wise destination!
