Afternoon all, missed beechgrove this morning woke up at 9.16 thought I get 15mins more sleep obviously it didn't go to plan.

I thought T8 lights were quite thirsty @Leeski, I have t5 lights in my fish tank and there more energy efficient but no where nears as efficient as LED. Have you considered soil warming wires ? only way I can thing of keeping the humidity up is with a cover or do regular misting.

I need to clean the GH out but that can wait to winter, I need to get motivated and do some cuttings.

@alp the plant ID is a Galtonia Candicans, they are nice but the long strappy leaves puts me off a bit, you buy them as bulbs

Yes, Big and clumpsy, but I have free seeds and hopefully, it can go to the front and I have moved out!:D! They were going to fall to the ground as the pod had split open! It's not my fault. The wind blew and they fell right into my hand!:LOL:!

Thank you for the ID. You always point out the pros and cons of plants - nice to have you around us! Still raining your way? We have sunny and breezy day. Just finished the first icecream of the year - Gelatelli with almond from Lidl!

Wow! Lucky you! Why not? After all the hard work! You're worth it! Sing to your heart's content. So many memorable tunes. Hope that Dominic Cooper is not in - he's just so slimy!

The first one flower is real which has red and blue petals

Yes, very real. A blousey fuchsia and I am sure you can grow them in your country.

Welcome to the forum. Please upload your flowers and vegs .. We are all inclusive but we do squabble like sisters and brothers! Haha!:LOL: Shame we can't pull each other's hair as we are only "virtual" relatives.

@Sufe: These are photos taken from my visit to

RHS WISLEY Garden in Surrey

Royal Horticultural Society Wisley - you can see some photos above. My previous post is about my own flowers!

I'd better post the rest of the photos or I will lose my thread with my photos.

Trials on agapanthuses - 2 or 3 rows of them!

Just turned on the laptop. Whichever version, hope you enjoy it. We all need a bit of relief and I had mine yesterday!

Writing out what to do tomorrow. Take loads of cuttings of my box.
