Sorry, I only found out that they were priced £24 this morning. I would like some seeds then. I don't feel like ripping you off! You're doing so well with freecycle, @Leeski !

Just finished an hour's of watering and came off unscathed. I have now a blood red patch in my most delicate area of my inner tight. It is sore and itchy. I have used the Avon's insect repellent and it works. Wish I were tidier and I would know where to find out.

@MaryMary please have a look here and I hope it would bring your relief

Another boring scorcher, everyone!

The weather in the whole of Europe is crazy hot its Like hell on Earth we are mid 20s today so feel lucky !

Yes, imagine that Irish bride going to Greece for wedding and now she suffers from burns and her new man missing. Terrifying. Must be very lovely your way 21c. Fancy me putting up with 31 to 33c! Last night was worse as fumes from next door was unbearable. I need to slash price of the house and get out. It's just not worth it. Every time when the brew is serious, the grandkids, kids and the patriarch would play basketball with a lot of noise whilst the winds blow the foul air my way - it's the prevailing wind. Very brazen as we live along a busy road.

The summer the world caught fire: Stunning interactive map reveals how record temperatures are being recorded all over the globe
  • Interactive map pulls together data crunched by some of the world's most powerful weather supercomputers
  • It showcases the most recent readings from the global heatwave scorching the Earth at the moment
  • The weather is updated every three hours, while ocean surface currents are updated every five days
  • Experts say climate change likely played a part in the recent heatwave, however, a weak jet stream and high temperatures in the Atlantic ocean have also contributed to the global heat

We gardeners must really re-think what we plant and farmers have to factor in eventualities like this!

Don’t feel bad about chucking all my slugs and snails over her fence

Neighbours! Who wants them. But mine is lawless and devious. Are you moving to somewhere near where you are now?

Gosh @alp !!!...just realised the time of your first post this morning!!!

Yes, it was so hot that I woke up. Last night was a big one for next door so I didn't sleep in the living room. I went back to bed straight away after that post and the air was fresh and cool. So much better than upstairs. Did an hour of watering! Couldn't believe that Avon SSS was so good that even the marines swore by it! Couldn't see them as they were lying down. Paid very little money for them and they were delivered!
