32c for an hour's walk! Thank heavens that you're well trained with your power walk, Zenj ! Lovely and I so want to see the remnants of the 2nd photo. Funny enough, you have a whole arena like that in Libya! Lovely view and I wonder what Pompeii is like. Thought it was buried by volcanic eruption. So much interesting history in Italy! Would love to go.. though walking an hour in 32C, I will be perished!:LOL:

Would love to see the Italian gardens featured in Monty's programme! So beautiful! Don't think I will be made a millionaire tonight! LOL!

Oh I really loved Italy..
Went to Sorrento many years ago with some friends, think I was 18.
Visited Vesuvius, Naples, Rome, Capri and the Blue Grotto. Love all their history.:)

Yep! But you know what? @Upsy Daisy That's a lovely photo!

Would love to sample genuine Italian foods. Think @Zenj must be watching the tennis match. Nadal was full of aggression and I hate his grunt!

Thanks @alp........I can call that one of my few better ones!!

I think that the trouble is that in bright sunshine the colours look weird when I use my tablet, but as you can see when the sun is shaded it looks much better......as always I blame the equipment not the operator:LOL::ROFLMAO:

Italy is one of the country's I've always wanted to visit, my cousin got married there a while back. He said everybody wanted to paying cash this was during the credit crunch, Italy been a stagnate economy for many years now, think its still the same/similar size now as it were in the 90's.

Its been alongggggg day of tennis, anderson v isner want on and on 6hour+. Then novak v rafa till 11pm, I like rafa more but want novak to win, dont want rafa catching up to Federer total grand slam haul even though rafa titles are very lopped sided with the french open. Novak 2 -1 up at the moment, Novak playing like Novak of a few years ago, relentlessly returning the ball.

I don't like the helenium lollipop Alp , it doesn't look anyway near as nice as others. I got a thing for a new plant what reminds me of wisteria - Indigofera Pendula . Might get some seeds or a plant if its worth it.

Of course it's the equipment. I didn't breathe and was still but the flowers came out blurred because the camera can't cope with being so close .. I blame the equipment, like you! LOL!

Indigofera Pendula

You mean it's straggly and not nice? Yes, I will remove it. I'm worried that I might kill the plant nearby. I'm going to put a striking hydrangea there.

Isner is always having long war of attrition. I think all these players should practise unreturnable serves, like Pete Sampras'! So close for Isner again. I mean such a tall fella - I reckon his arms reach the ends of the court! We the UK obviously have a young gun coming up. Can't quite recall his name. His opponent, a Meiji, cried at the end. Heart breaking - several hours of hard work - all by yourself .. Tennis can be so cruel. I wish Federer won, Not possible. Hard one to call this one. Federer is amazing - 2 sets of twins! on top of all his records! LOL!

Woke up a bit late and the sun is already undoing my good work. Another hour of watering. Not a single spit last night.:cry:

:D to all those who have enjoyed a good drench!

Whooooooooooooooooa! How lovely! I would like to have pond like this if it comes with your visitor. So close and such a stunning photo. You've done a good job - giving it water, food and a shelter.

I couldn't watch tennis. I would scream when Djok couldn't finish a volley nicely. Son would order me not to! Nadal was very good at making Djok dash from one end to another. The feisty Spaniard has a lot of confidence, noise and aggression. Djok nearly did a 180 degree split with his legs at the far left corner. Hard one to call this one!

Here, it will be scorching soon! Going to put tons of cardboard boxes on top of the lean to. Must be fab in Newcastle with coolish air and lovely sunshine and to crown it all, you've a cutie beauty. And all these after a lovely trip to lovely Italy!

It's the equipment, it's the same with my phone. They can't process a lot of light. Need a good camera.:ROFLMAO::D
