I heard it through the Grape Vine....Thanks @Perki
Well its raining and its really giving the garden a good drenching very heavy mizzle not torrential just nice..its warm so you can walk around in it, very refreshing air.
The grass treatment has really worked well again ...so green..so lush...well worth the effort I put in and I'm very pleased with its state at present...

This afternoon took Berry to the vet for his booster. Changed to a different practice because it's closer. They're always weighed there, he's 38kg. She said that it was fine, cut his jewclaw, which the other practice wouldn't have done.
Asked if we wanted any worming tablets, we said no because we can order online, it's cheaper. All we need to have is the weight of our dogs.

Stunning roses, @Logan and @Upsy Daisy ! I so wish to have those regal lilies. I bought them and now by the look of the buds, I think it's red or yellow or orange again. These companies just can't do anything right. And they make me feel like a moaner or moana!

Love that pun with grapevine, @BigC ! That rain is so well captured and I can see how smug you're now.

Good Morning Sun worshippers and garden deities..
@alp I wouldn't consider myself smug at all...as I see your images of beautiful sunshine moreso..they actually make me jealous hahahahaha but then again I used to collect rainwater for the fish breeding and I know how hard that can be when you think you're going to run short..simply because once you adjust fish to the proper water chemistry using rainwater then its fairly difficult to replicate and hold stable using chemical compounds...I never really could keep enough water stock even here...and had to use permutations to alleviate total rainwater reliance.... so I can relate to your plight....The only added bonus we have over here is that our water isnt metered...(yet)....so we can still use the hose for cars and gardens....
Anyway I cant do much because of the precipitation today but indoors is where all the planning goes on...Its all about the pond area of late and I still need a few plants to make the vision a reality. (grasses, ferns, Junipers)
Have a great day Ya'll.....

Good night to @DirtMechanic !

Good morning to all the others!

I can imagine @BigC being the first FLIRT in town, and a very funny one at that! We will keep an eye on this flirtatious nightowl for you, War Department!
Ah- my cue to go to bed. Night all.

Sleep tight!:sleep::sleep:! Go easy on this or you'll ruin our beloved Becky's beauty sleep!

Thank you @BigC, There's only the 2 of us, so we choosed to go on the metered water because it's cheaper.:)

Yes. If you only have 2, it is wise to go on metered. Also, you have more rain than us! The drought is no end in sight and son said we would be as hot as Afghanistan in the next two weeks!:cry:

I do hope so for the Regal lilies! But every single one is coloured! I just love the purity of the white and the incredible scent. This year, the air is so dry that even the Trollius can't be photographed. All dry and damaged by something. I only had 2 photos and that's it. I used to have 3 plants and now I am down to 2 and one has NO flowers! What a Annus horribilis!
