Been a bit under the weather the past week, so haven't commented much but still had a look in and been busy in the garden. .. I keep planting plants but keep potting more plants up at the same time, the plant stash never seems to go down.
Your tulips / wallflower have put on a real show this year logan.
How are you now,
@Perki ? Is it just a cold?
I know how you feel. I kept saying to myself that I must start any flower seed sowing, but salad leaves yes. Last night 5 more trays+ were created again! Cucumber, melon, salad leaves, Pak Choi, onion and shallots.. (I love Longor! Sweet and delightful - delicious - introduced to me by Lidl! for 19c a bag
) and now that the teak furniture is waiting to be cleaned, I have 4 more surface areas to put trays on
! So much for tidying up!
Funny thing is that I was never keen on growing vegs, but this Shallot Longor business has really started me going. Of course, salad leaves and land cress and Pak Choi are always my favorites. This year marks the turning point that I actually bought potatoes set to grow.
BigC - you're not trying to germinate cucumber seeds in a metal shiny pots or I should go to Specsavers!
Gosh, you did well with your cucumber this year!
@MaryMary - what seeds have you sown lately? Glad that you quit at the right time of the right. It's time to sit back and enjoy the garden.
I had another delivery from Hayloft and I thought I had all the hellebores in the world. Apparently, I was wrong!
