Yes thanks and you. Sunny intervals, I'm just sowing my tomato and beetroot seeds in toilet rolls, put them in the concervatory. Got some more snapdragons to thin out. Some poppy seed, I'll put those outside.

Spanish bluebells which refuse to die and the pink ones are just lovely. Couldn't bear killing them.

Yes couldn't sleep again worst luck but dozed off..

I was watching a talk show the other day, and the hosts had had a DNA test done. Part of the show was discussing the results. The woman on the show said that she was mostly interested in the traits part of her results. She learned that she was genetically predisposed to not sleeping through the night. I found it interesting because I have always been a night owl... Could be your body works best with two naps, instead of an eight hour sleep!

Yes, BigC. I am not sure it's genetics. Could be they way you are wired or conditioned ... Funny how we are all different and sometimes I am most amazed by how different people can be and that makes life much more interesting.

You can't be sure it's genetic, unless you get tested. But I do believe in listening to your body, it will usually tell you what it wants.

I gotta admit, I am a much happier person since I quit the part time job and I don't have to wake up early anymore!

They are beautiful.
