Rained yesterday late afternoon and evening. Thunder, lightning, and 3/4" of rain. Today is overcast with the promise of more rain. At least the rain cooled things off--we had the air conditioning on Friday through Sunday, but today is in the low 80's with a light breeze, so the house is open.

Rain on Summer minimizes a little, but I feel it is like nothing most of the time. It is like the heat don't go away.


As for weather today here, it is hotter than average for the season. Not as hot as Summer, but as warm as Spring.
