Very difficult to capture big cats, tigers and lions are tricky as they are protected by wire meshes!

Gorgeous markings, but my battery was running low and I have to snap butterfles ..

The otter on the right has perfected the skill of begging! They were squeaking at the top of their voices. At least, they were not squabbling! LOL!
Lovely squirrel monkey!

Another highlight of the trip - and I could never capture the big blue ones!

These green ones are hyperactive and maniacal!

There are a lot more animals ,penguins, tigers , reptiles, children's petting corner, rain forest house, monkeys etc . These were taken late winter / early spring and it was quite cold and some wise animals were in the warm hiding

Really take the big cats with black / brown markings. Quite right, when it's cold, best is not to go to zoo. We went to Chester zoo years ago and it was so cold that animals were staying indoors to keep warm. The day we went was perfect for walking and perhaps not so warm for them. We saw very few lemurs, meerkats or otters. Usually, they swarm the place. Nevertheless a very happy day! The best of our visits so far!

@Upsy Daisy I might have missed the name of the zoo! Is it Marwell? I have been the Birds' World.

Your zoo has some lovely animals. Love that little monkey and I have never seen one like that before. That small cat is sooooo handsome.

I love the dragonfly, the rest should have been done by JB! LOL!
