Catching up with Trust me, I'm a doctor, 1st E. There is a bit about urinary track infection which might interest you, @Logan !

Apparently, drinking apple cider vinegar is good for lowering cholesterol, but must be in a very diluted form. Good programme, but I wish I could speed up the viewing.

Thanks, I did watch it when it was first shown.
I did get some cider vinegar, but at the time i had very bad indigestion so I didn't use it.

Eating oatbran is good as well.

If you had a hard disk recorder, you can record or pause a live programme.

It's sad when all the forest will disappear and Orangutans because we want palm oil for cosmetics and in foods.

Hi,

Switched on The Eurovision Song Contest at 8 o'clock; switched it off at ten past fed up of Graham Norton yapping on; I've painted four metal brackets in the workshop this afternoon and watching these dry would be better entertainment.

Kind regards, Colin.

We watched the Eurovision song contest until the voting started, there were 26 entries and we came 23rd with 40 + votes. Worse than last year. When ours were singing somebody came up on stage and grabbed the mic off her, said something then gave it back to her.

The sound was so bad, I couldn't hear Graham Norton.

Watched this last night, it was on Thursday the 10th of may, you should watch they're the closest to us. If we don't do anything they could be extinced in 2020, that's just 2 years away. Palm oil is the reason, Iceland the retailer, is banning all it's own brands with it in.

Thanks for the update Logan. (y) I'm pleased we watched something on YouTube instead.

Bron and I like to watch crafting videos during mealtimes and this morning we watched a YouTube woodturning video on TV; here's an example;

Martin produces "Hampshire Sheen" polish range and also "Yorkshire Grit" is mentioned a lot; I've just bought a tin of each to try. We seldom watch normal TV preferring to watch something positive and cheerful. (y):)

Kind regards, Colin.

I had to interrupt the viewing. But it was such a good series. You really should catch up on iplayer. You won't regret it. The only thing I don't like is the sexy man keeps giving Nicola the hungry look. It's so unreal and annoying. You know what's going to happen, don't you? But have a look. I think it's one of the best series .. A lot of twists and turns, betrayals ... To tell you the truth, there's no way the sexy predator is not taken in real life!
