Don't they look nice! I think I have 1lb if I pick them tomorrow.

I thought there would be a lot of rhodos. No, obviously, I was fooled by my own microclime, my rhodos are in full flowers. Went to the park and there were a lot of people .. Here are some snaps.

Some smelly flowers

My own calendulas - one double and one single all self-seeded in the hottest area of my garden.

Flowers from the park: Some could be azaleas .

Was a bit disappointed as I thought there would be clumps and clumps of rhodos. Turned out very few.. and most of them still in buds..

Wow: @Logan: Tell your OH that Wise people think alike .. I have noticed a bit of deterioration of quality recently, and when I clicked and zoomed in, the quality was even worse. But I don't like the other camera as when press the button to take pic, the whole screen go BLACK.. and you don't even know if it's in focus. Also the images are huge .. I think I need to change cameras..

@Upsy Daisy You made me laugh.. I sometimes had the same feeling when the scrolled the pages as they seemed to be never ending.. By the look of it, I will have no finger print in my middle finger very soon. LOL!

Morning to all and hope you have a nice day! Hope it's not snowing in Canada or Russia or baking in India...

Good morning to Sphinx and thank you for the message!;)

Good morning alp, Logan and all who may drop by.

Last day of freedom, before returning to work tomorrow.

Today I have ' booked' as. house work day....so must get cracking.
Have been a bit lapse on this lately, I'm ashamed to admit, as with all the lovely weather the garden has beckoned!!!:D.....and I couldn't resist:D:D.

So that's my day sorted, what are you all up to today.....something more exciting I bet.

Have a good one x

A very good morning to you, @Upsy Daisy Shame you have to go back to work. Nice that it's only part-time and you can have some me time.. I did a bit of watering this morning as some newly planted hellebores are dying.. Got a replacement for my black hellebores without one flower.. I reckon they are any colour BUT NOT BLACK! Should I cry or laugh..

Yesterday, I actually saw some English Blue bells, but the photos did not come out well.. I am very pleased that the council actually planted a leaning conifer and some English Blue bell. One day, I might even bury a snowflake there and hopefully they will naturalise .. Just a naughty thought... LOL!

I'm growing ( trying!!) black Dianthus this year, also some Day and Night sweet peas....but not really black, more a mix of white and burgundy blooms..... fingers crossed :D.

Will I get arrested if I get caught planting snowflakes bulbs? Some sociopath or psycho might report me... LOL!:p:D:LOL::eek:
