Thanks @alp & @Verdun. Yes i am proud of him. He used work in IT at the Halfords offices. But made redundant about 13 years ago. He has to make up his private pension by doing this work. Have you watched the film called Terminator? It's worrying that it might turn out like that.

Genuine home-made food.. I could smell the perfume in your house now.. I must dig up my pastry roll and have a go.. Now, how do I shed my handles? LOL!

Yes i make it myself. It doesn't puff up when baking.
