Morning @Logan and @alp, hope you are well this morning.

Thanks alp, yes I do use the flower heads, so lovely and calming :).

Today I have so much to do than I don't know where to start.... housework is crying out to me....ashamed to admit in places you could write your name in the dust!!! A mountain of ironing the size of Everest ( no exaggeration!!) . Borders that need sorting out and loads of half hardy plants that need digging out ,cutting back , potting up and storing away for overwintering.

Tomorrow I want to have a whole day over at my Dad's as his house is in a dire need of TLC too.....and I thought my house was dusty:D. Sadly because of all the ups and downs of late his house has only been having a ' quick once over' whenever we visit him.......so it's D day tomorrow:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Sis has a hospital app up in London , so we will be up there too this week.

So all these jobs that have been lining up really MUST get done.... can't. put them off any longer.....soon be Christmas!!

Soothing Sunday to one and all x

Yep @Verdun .....and that's another job that is usually done at the end of September ...... writing out my Xmas cards....I have bought them though, will add them to my list of things to do(y)

The harvest moon is a truly magical sight , I've been getting up in the middle of the night to stand by the window to look out over the garden and fields ( thankfully we can't actually see the M3 as it's hidden by trees:)) . My old Dad ,bless him, has been out in his garden with his binoculars!!!!

Hope your keeping well @Verdun , any more news on the dog front?

Have a good day:)

@Upsy Daisy I've got my Christmas puddings and cake done. Apart from the icing. Got the turkey months ago and bought the Gateau. Got some of the sausages for the sage and onion stuffing.
Don't have to bother with presents. Even our son doesn't want one.

Well done @Logan!!
I use to bake a lot ,back when the boys were young, all the traditional Xmas foods and treats. But now they are very health conscious !! We are all made more aware now of the starving and I how have a very uneasy dislike for our overeating traditions at Christmas.
Having said that we don't go without, still have all the Turkey and trimmings, just hold back more on the other stuff that is sugar and fat filled and has no nutritional value. But mince pies are a definite!! (y) .
We are lucky as we also get to celebrate my hubs festivals too ....so we get a double whammy!!:D

Oh I agree @Logan ......it just breaks my heart to see what ends up in landfills after the hols ,it's surprising how many people overestimate their consumption capabilities.... :D. Then we get to see the heartbreaking adverts of all the starving people from other parts of the world, just as fridges get emptied of old and uneaten food:(:(

Help!!!?......please:)

The next border that I am hoping to sort out has large clump of glossy long Dandilion ( ish ) leaves.....now I'm certain that they are not the weed and seem to remember something flowering there.....I think.o_O I have not had much chance to take my ' record ' pics this year:(, so I can't look back to see what was there.
Sorry pics are absolutely awful I know as I only have my tablet at the moment......and its playing up a lot lately:(.......but give it your best shot please and put me out of my misery....before I pull
