Alp. Hellebores are winter hardy plants. Relax. They will be just fine so dont be mad, sad and miserable :)

Will they die if constantly soaked in an inch of water? Actually, I should have said QUITE A LOT OF MY HELLEBORES ARE IN POTS!

When I split them, some came off with nearly no roots - about 4, so I soaked them a bit. Also they now stay under my three trees facing south and west where the sun is constantly on (well, not now!) Most of them 1/4 inch of water.. I reckon they should be OK. But I don't really know. Should I bring them indoors when they it snows? Just clueless!

Not good to divide hellebores when young....I satisfactorily divide large clumps. If no roots they are unlikely to grow in my opinion.
If you are worried about snow you could suspend a sheet of glass over them but a normal hellebore will have no trouble with it.

Of course, snow is no problem for hellebores. If anything, I'm worried that there might be too much sun for them. I just want them to grow quicker .. and flower .. What is the best way to force them. I hope I could sell some to @BigC who has disappeared .. I have already earmarked some amistad for him. Shame, I miss his artworks ..

You cant "force" hellebores.
As long as the soil is good hellebores will grow and flower very well in full sun.....mosf of mine are in the sun:)

@Verdun You know the blueberries: Should they be in full sun or semi shade or shade?

Alp, semi shade would be good for blueberries :)
Are they in pots or in the ground? Remember they need a PH of 5 or so

@Verdun Chatterbox! They are all in pots. But some in the wrong places and now I have added some coffee grinds on top. The one is semi shade had the most fruits a Patriot. I wish I had more variety. Shops only sell Patriot. £5 and the others have not fruited this year..

Fortunately, this is not a police news! Although participating in police news can be more fun! :D

I was amazed to see something sooo familiar and suddenly I saw your name. Now you're google famous!:ROFLMAO:

Police news.. Don't even wish for it! We call them p*** here. They just want to get their wages and fob us all off.
