Have a look @alp , it's a real eye opener.....and very, very scary. :eek::eek::(

I am downloading Eastflight. Whilst channel surfing, saw these lovely birds landing in Hokkaido, Japan. The photography was stunning. Wonder how many pixels the camera had. I will download it now.

Good morning to all: Very mind. The air purifier on the whole night. It's very mild and it rained a bit. Not any more now.

@Klona Never heard of this plant. You've done well as they all seem to be thriving. Nice pretty flowers.

Ah, @Vishu1708 You really should have dropped in more! The man told me it was the national flower of Taiwan! Haha! How funny .. I googled and of course, I was told it was plum flower .. Will they become turmeric?

You see, @Logan , you're quite right.. I bumped into some labels and found out that some dahlia called HS Juliet would flower in NOVEMBER! Shocker! July and November .. You're so knowledgeable ..

I am going to upload some photos in Dahlia thread and come back here to upload different pics.

@alp as i said, dahlias will flower until the frost gets them,then if you have to, you dig them up.
I did grow them a few years ago, but it's starting them off again in the spring. I'd pot them up and put them in the conservatory. They'd get greenfly and it would spread to the chillies that i always keep in there. The chillies don't get it now. But yours are always amazing.

I won't dig them up, but would cover them if it snows. My Mambo (which should have been Blue Bayou!:eek::cry: and I still haven't got ONE BLUE BAYOU! Despite buying it from S.. R again!) literally set seeds in that area and the seeds were covered with hard frost for a new days. They still germinated and my garden is full of them now. I know what you mean when you said you were worried that there were greenflies in the conservatory. I am worried now as some dahlia (the collarettes which I bought in trays reduced) are now showing white powdery mildew and I am worried that I might lose them. I really prefer them in the ground.. rather than in pots. I have layered salvia golden crest sungirl and would like to keep the trough indoors. Winter brings with it a lot of worries and uncertainties... Quite a bit of my hellebores are not in pots and I am worried that I might kill them. And if I brought them into the lean-to, I would go crazy as there would be NO room to walk.. I am mad, sad and miserable.
