Nothing reduced yet, so I bought some dwarf daffs and narcissus - one called minnow and one scented packs 99p for 10 to 12 bulbs ... in Home Bargains .. Not bad.

@alp that's good bargain.
@BigC did you take the leaves off your tomato? Been cutting back the gooseberry plants, the stems had got too old to fruit anymore and doing the redcurrants as well.

Hi there, just came home for a couple of days, haven't read back yet but hope everyone is well.
I have a hospital app tomorrow then plan on doing a days work on Tuesday . I've had to cancel a lot of work and haven't see the children for a long time now so fingers crossed that I will be able to do a day with them. Then I'm back up to London on Wednesday until the following Tuesday when I've another hospital app to attend............Think I've had enough of hospitals!!

Take care ,will catch up soon with all your news I'm sure :)

Same here, @Upsy Daisy Nice to hear from you.. Hope you don't overstretch yourself with the children when you have a full plate on with your dad, sis and yourself .. Please take good care of yourself.

Last night, I had to sleep on my keyboard at 9pm. In the end, I had to go to bed 9.30 as I was freezing.. This is the 2nd time in the same month.. First time, I blamed it on Red Rock, but yesterday, I was a bit worried as I hadn't done anything requiring concentration.

So much about my fatigue .. Hope everyone is OK and set for a lovely day .. be it in Newcastle, Cornwall or Ireland .. or Russia or America ..

What a nice way to start the day, a laughing budda and I'm sure it's on @BigC 's shopping list. That smile is so infectious!

@BigC The trouble is we only went to Lakeside and I haven't even done any gardening. .. Judging from the temperature for the next week. Summer is already gone.. unless we have an Indian summer!

Wet down here today ....far from cold though and plants will be loving this :)
I transplanted and divided perennials over the weekend so this will water them in well...ditto wallflower plants.

@Verdun that's good about your plants. I've potted on my wallflowers this year. Last year they wasn't very good,i thought look after them a bit better. But they've done alright before.
