@Upsy Daisy oh dear, i hope it's not because of your leg. How did you get on yesterday? Yes I'm always up early. Do you know how to get a dog to go for a walk. Always had trouble with Barley sometimes, to get him out of the house, he doesn't toilet in the garden. I think it's because i can't take him. He looks like he wants to go, put the lead on,then he sits down and won't move. Get him out at 5.15am then he won't go until 3pm. Dog trainer said give him his food first, but that don't work now, trainer doesn't live local, said he'd come when he's in the area, but he didn't.

Thanks @Logan, never known any of our family dogs not go absolutely berserk at the rustle of their lead!

Things went Ok yesterday....just feel a bit down as have a few other health problems/ worries at the moment.... waiting on three separate hospital appointments, one should come through very quickly as on a red alert.

Right I'm off.......my Dad has just phoned ......he has Sweet Pea problems.......bless him, despite having employed a new gardener he still likes to do his bit. Yesterday when we arrived he had himself in a right pickle trying to cut down a tree!! We packed him off with a mug of coffee and hubs did the deed and I cleared up the mess afterwards!! Dad's....

@Upsy Daisy Hope you can relax a bit. Your Dad is how old? Oh, dear! He wanted to cut down a tree??? You must tell me he's no longer 40 years old. I feel so sorry for your various health problems. I have only had got the one and I moan like no tomorrow. Was out tidying up, but had to retreat because of the heat!

Almost 92 @alp !! He finds it very hard to walk, can't stand for long as his spine is very bent and needs a walking stick...........why oh why he has to attempt these things is a mystery to me ..and a worry!! Especially when he informs me, on the phone, that he is going to try and do jobs around his ponds ( he has a very large one with a small island in the middle ( which he has also threatened to jump over too , so as to weed it :eek::eek:) and a smaller one up near the house, We keep telling NOT to do ANY jobs near the ponds unless one of us is with him. I think he says these things because in his head he can still do them , but thankfully he soon gets a reminder that his body can't....phew !! :) That is the point where hubs steps in as he is the only male on offer as my brother is physically disabled.
This morning we were sat out in his garden and although dad still tries to mow the lawn , he tends to only do bits he can see, and even then he misses huge chunks:D:D, so hubs mowed it and strimmed the edges too. Love my Dad and hubs sooooooo very much, despite them both driving me nuts at times:D:ROFLMAO::D:ROFLMAO:(y)(y)

Have to say good afternoon to @CrazyConure .. How has your morning been?

I have had a very lazy day. 1 hour of Facing Evil about Susan Grund, an hour Snapped about Anti-free / anti-freeze, a horrible story about a cold blood daughter, wife and mother who might have killed her father, definitely killed her 2 husbands and an attempted murder of her own daughter, framing her for the murder of her 2 husbands.. The most horrible thing - mother who tried to kill her own daughter.. How shocking is that?

@Upsy Daisy 92! He can hardly walk. Aren't you worried that he lives on his own? Good job that Mr Upsy Daisy is a handy man. Must be like another son to your dad.

@Logan Would like to see your fruit laden blueberry trees. Someone was asking a question about Blueberry on the forum, do you think you can help?
