Half a day devoted to the removal of woodchip wallpaper! Now I know why it is so hated and I still have a lot to do.

Good morning - just defrosted the fridge freezer which is quite old and every time I defrost it, I am worried that it may not work again. I did it today just in case it gave up its ghost, I could still go out and buy one!

Now perspiring and hot.

Not a bad day, temperature wise, no uplifting sunshine though. Shame that the rain doesn't even itself out, Now it's raining every other day. In summer, it didn't rain for 3 months.

Went to my friend keith yesterday, not very good with his ms. Having trouble swallowing and he could have a growth in his right ear.

Love to see them Ex was very excited when he was introduced to nuthatch in the Lake District.

Today, I have been working very hard, Sweat dripped like tear drops. From 9.30 to 5.30 with an hour of lunch break.

The dreaded woodchips, most of it, gone.

Such hard work. I was so tired that I switched on the hoover without the cassette!

Went out and found this anaemic hellebore

What a shame! All blurred.

Morning all a cold and frosty start to Christmas Day

Came down with a nasty cold since the day before and had numerous paracetamols. Obviously, they haven't helped. Nose just get runny! Nice excuse to have on a Christmas day. I'm going to put up my feet and let my beloved son do the rest.
