Well, the treacherous buyer has pulled out. I was annoyed that he wasn't even willing to pay £377,995. First he told the estate agent that my house was worth £375K, and I just said, yes. Then suddenly, a day later, there was an offer from him, offering £365K. Then to be nice to him, I offered £377,995 which he returned as £377,000. I was so mad that I asked for more. I know I shouldn't have done it. But he obviously offered £365K on 1 Dec and on 12 Dec, he heard my plan of rewiring, he offered £370 and then £375. If I wanted to accept £375K, I would have accepted my first offer.

Any way, the offer is now off. I sort like it and not like it. I would love to buy the bungalow on a big plot for £320K, but as I have no buyer, I have to forget about that. On the other hand, it's good that it's off as if I buy the bungalow, the expensive decking costing thousands of pounds would have to be removed. And I so want to have a house with a view. Not meant to be.

Need to sort out some wires and wall paper the house to stop it from looking so tired.

I nearly missed Zenj's photos. I was too lazy to find the last post. Just go to the last space on whichever page I landed on. Even that, the never ending scrolling is ruining my finger print.

Must have been a nice time. So nice to have some change. I reckon we are warmer here. Tomorrow, the temperature is predicted to be 15c. I love the Chinese bear. Red packet means money inside, money we all love. Think we should have a lottery ticket pool. Don't believe in gambling, but a bit of flutter never harms anyone.

The Scottish couple who won £148m split and the woman is arrested for assault of new partner whilst the man was dumped by his much younger girlfriend who went south with stud horses. Some people just can't handle money. Why not give it to me? :D:D:D! LOL! So much money, so many heartaches! Ooops!

Yes. I remember my neighbour late wife telling me to pick up all the dead slugs just in case birds ate them. I have used wood ash, sparingly though. Think you might find The Long Song interesting, though you have missed the last 2 screened last night and the night before. Slavery and some more. Annoying that it clashed with bear stories. I have about 72 channels and all repeat from the past or the day before. Blatant repeat from another channel and now they want to scrap over 75 TV licence!

@alp sorry that the offer fell through. Lovely pics, it must be very mild for that poppy to flower. My hellebores are just starting to grow, my wallflowers look good, they're more compact than last year. Not flowering yet, which is good.

I'm going to have a very busy Christmas as we have decided to wall paper the wall and all that. Nightmare. But we do want to get some more money.

Good morning, Logan. A quiet night and someone is going to give a quote for the rewiring and take away the storage heaters.

Good morning Alp, why are they taking away the storage heaters?
Would it be best to take your house off the market, while you're doing that?

I gifted them away. Besides, house hunters used that as an excuse to knock down my prices. I have 3 offers including a prank from next door. Two have pointed that out. I don't need to take the house from the market. Just do it and when it's ready, accept more viewings. I should have one for today, but the buyer has to wait for her house to be sold in Sheffield, so I cancelled it. Very tired of this business. Expect a lot of planticides ..:eek::eek::cry::cry:

You shouldn't have cancelled it, she would have to wait for your house to be finished.:)
What are you going to do about the heating?
Are you having central heating put in?
