Morning @alp and all who drop by:)

I know what you mean, it can become quite addictive taking cuttings!!! I try and limit myself. I'm seemingly addicted to seed collecting ...have pots of them drying out everywhere!!! I can't seemed to bin a seedhead at all without first retrieving all the seeds.....even if I don't want them!!!:ROFLMAO:

Dark here and grey, suppose to have rain for most of the day but that seems to have changed now...no rain at the moment(y)

Off out to meet up with a friend this morning, so have a good day!

It's all right if you don't have to sell the house. My heart is weighed down just looking at the number of trays and I have already moved some out to the cold. Poor babies! So cold out there

Unlike you, I'm interested in collecting plants as well. Just acquired 6 trees and one standard on top of a Boxus, and 2 agastaches!

It's an incurable disease! And I'm afflicted badly in the heart and head!

Yes, decent rain and all butts are full. I have now directed one hose to the front where it is bone dry even though I have installed a down pipe to it. Actually, 2! But one shows no water coming out. About 10 containers all filled up. Feeling very happy for my babies! Off to cause more damage to the heart by having bacon!:oops:

Good morning, @Zenj ! Glad that you're going to have a dry day and probably a sunny one. You deserve it and so do those blighted by Callum! We are raining torrents here for the last 20 minutes and my top is wet with rain. Just stopped a bit.

@DM I often thought you didn't sleep. I know how you feel. But I often fall asleep even when watching horrible murder and It Takes a Killer invariably sends me to a deep slumber as the narratives are rattled out so fast that the deep concentration just has the opposite effect. I prefer them to fiction though! Now off to bed and give Becky a hug for us!

Definitely know how you feel @DirtMechanic , although not necessarily Netflix with me . A couple of years ago while recuperating after an op son put me onto Homelands.....didn't realize that it had been on for years ......watched them all!!!!! Still do ...love it, but think next season will be the last :(

Also recently discovered The Bridge ....found that too had been on since 2011....but now have watched them all. If it's good then it's hard to stop!!:ROFLMAO: Have now found a german series that I have really gotten into.....each one is 90mins... ah!!!...happy winter viewing!!:D

Hubs is thankfully very grounding.....I could easily go overboard!!:ROFLMAO:
We have plenty of trees ,but a few fruit ones do get added now and then but now we know we have enough!!:ROFLMAO:

I am now quickly discovering my limitations and when enough is enough.....at long last!!!:ROFLMAO:

Need to email my ex about his birthday and Christmas presents! I won't put any of them to ground. That's for sure.

:devil::devil:....I could pot up Oxeyed Daisies...hmmmmmm that's an idea:LOL::ROFLMAO:

Better to have them far away from any border as the babies seemed to have legs and could move from one end of the garden to the other end. Very good idea to have them in pots as they are indeed very beautiful to look at. I moved some to the front and now they have totally bury my osmanthus x 2!

Moved a lot of cuttings to the workshop where it is quite dark and I have the uneasy feeling that they might die. What a nightmare! Now most of the windows let in quite a bit of lovely light. Just so nice and one more day and the lean to will be more civilised. I have left a rubber plant with spider plants festooning it outside throughout the summer in the light and heat path. The plants were very happy in the sun and the rubber plant has red and dark green leaves whilst the spider plants have millions of runners. Took some spider plant cuttings. See, I'm just incorrigible. Before I know, I have had 3 more new pots. :banghead::banghead:

Be strong alp....resist all 'cutting' temptations .... hard I know:LOL::ROFLMAO:

Had a lovely afternoon in the garden dug up and rehomed some more plants into the coldframe for winter, Planted out some Violas and Winter Pansies, Wallflowers and Bellis into a couple of the raised patio beds. :)(y)

I feel very guilty reading that you have planted wallflowers. I saw some 5 new self seeded wallflower plants, but I killed them. Now I feel so evil. Should have planted them out. Again, I had had about 30 cerinthes self-seeded next to my irises and hellebores, I re-planted some out in the front, but it was so dry that they promptly died. Then, I just removed the cerinthes and let them die. I must replant them tomorrow and take some pics so that nobody can report me to the Society for the Protection of Plants!:oops: I feel very guilty!
