Yes i did remember, but didn't think about it at the time. But i don't think that it would have helped. All the pipe is in the garage.

could it have been a electrical fault with that van?

Don't forget there was the BMW front as well! Can't the same with both vehicles.

Zenji They are very nice and so different. If I can get any salvia seeds, I will send them to you. That rhapsody is so similar to the ones I saw on GW e17!

Gee, it's getting cold and I need to go out now!

How do you keep the slugs and snails off them?
When we first moves here 4 years ago there was a slug problem ,used nematodes twice and I now use once a year late spring here they decreased the numbers a great deal they kill them underground where they most live so not as many to breed ,use crushed egg shell and smear Vaseline round top of pots only seen 2 snails all the time we have been here so not a problem .Slugs if I see any I snip them in two I am an organic Gardner so don’t use pellets but I don’t have a huge problem now have lots of bids hedgehogs and the pond with frogs all help to keep the numbers in check.

I sowed some Brachycome

brachycome-blue-splendour.jpeg

If it is annual, that means I got it for 10p!

Sowed some galia melon seeds, some Cheyenne yellow echinanceas, some sugarsnap seeds again and some Pak Choi. Just come back in from washing pots and my hands were frozen..

Good morning: It rained last night and as if on cue, the rain has stopped, but with plenty of raindrops on the window panes. The sky is blue and sunshine is making its tentative appearance ... in amidst some silver and creamy clouds.

By the look of it, Zenji, you still haven't got any spring flowers then? Oh, dear! I think I need to dig up my spring flower competition thread and extend it for another month!

If you were in SW, it might be even worse.

Incidentally, passport fee is from £72.50 to £85 the end of this month. Crikey, that's serious.

Yes, we have sunshine here and I was sweating half an hour ago. Hope it rains later as I need as much rain as possible.

Going to sow more seeds and leave them in the lean to. My window sill is full and my trays spill out to everywhere.

Also, worth pointing out that the passport can be done online. No need to pay for recorded delivery. Son and I worked out the photo of 35mm x 45 mm and superimpose the photo image on my photo and it has been been accepted. When they ask for your old passport, just send it 2nd class and they notified me as soon as they received it. I spent a first class stamp on it.

From £72 to £85 is pure daylight robbery!
