Yes, it could be that. As last month, their electrician son installed a CCTV in the front yard and sometimes when they were loading their ware, there were people on bikes harassing them and after that they had the CCTV installed. It could also be that the decent bloke employs the electrician son for his construction business. Also, neighbour has changed his company house record from one town to another, same as the decent bloke.

My son saw the twins laugh when they fiddled with their uniforms with company name logo on, calling themselves engineering company (none of them an engineer!) and when they pulled up the hoods, they revealed a balaclava as part of the hood. Or it could be high jinx.

Too close for comfort! Not to say we had to put up with the suspect air the whole day yesterday. Today, I had to sort out the kitchen and try to steal a march over Logan! LOL! It's still raining here.

What should I do with the cosmos seedlings please? They are getting very leggy! Ooops!

If they've got any roots you can transplant them singlely into pots, but not too big. Have you got any cell trays? About 1 and a half inch. Or if you got any toilet rolls cut them in half, 1 seedling in each. Bury them a bit deeper. They might wilt a bit but they will recover. Put them in good light. Until they settle down be careful of strong sunlight.

Haha! I have about 14 loo rolls and I will do that. What worries me is that there is now mold or white fluffy thing near the root. Perhaps, cinnamon should come in handy. It's going to rain the whole MORNING! :banghead:

From now on, I have to be mute when in the garden! Son went out and saw the parts under the bonnet damaged. So quite likely to be petrol bombs. Son said he saw a bus slow down because of the flame and when it was slowing down, another explosion went off! Thank heavens the bus driver was not caught right in the middle of it. Bad enough to have to drive in the dead of the night..

I mean on the seedlings of the cosmos. Need to find some melon seeds. I really like the Selno de pied (???) and water melon. But didn't have any water melon last year and so no seeds. Such a shame. What are you lot sowing today?

Oh i see, if they look alright they should be alright. You need a lot of room for melons. I'm not sowing anymore until the ones i did yesterday come up.

Had the boiler fixed. The guy came just after 10am. Re-started it and it came on. It was the outlet pipe in the garage that's joined to the down pipe outside it goes through the wall, it got frozen up, so it wouldn't start. He checked it all over and it was ok.

Hubby gone to get some insulation for the pipe.

Yes, that's the pipe son poured some warm water on and he flushed out the frozen ice. Thank heavens I've got a son who knows things like this. But you remember me mentioning that, Logan?

Caught a glimpse of the damage. Very strange. Seemed to be from the front number plate to the inside cap or inside to the floor. Missed the BMW. That's about £35k at least. But saw the damage to the BMW to the front as well. Neighbour was so scared they park with the bump of their van to the street now.

So remember: Park your car tail to the street, perhaps!

Yes i did remember, but didn't think about it at the time. But i don't think that it would have helped. All the pipe is in the garage.

could it have been a electrical fault with that van?
