Morning!
Although my initial thought was ' brilliant' , my second was' oh dear'!!
I don't like winter or it's weather but we do need it to keep things working in proper sequence. So it could be a case of mixed blessings really.

Sun is just coming out and we should be in for a nice day down here. As I had suspected I did overdo the digging yesterday and have woken with a dodgy back so will be gingerly doing housework chores today.

Have a great day, and make sure you don't overdo things too:)(y)

Morning, Leeski It seems to me you have very generous neighbours who want to offload. Here, we have a long list of wanted and the offers are mainly 3 piece suites!:banghead:.

We might have rain on Thursday. I will believe it when I see it! Just done quite a lot of watering. Bought a sulphate of iron and watered my ericaceous plants and it is leaking all over the floor!

Good morning, @Upsy Daisy ! Hope you have a gentle day. I need to get a lot done as the Captain alp is going to lose her solder! :dead:

Yes, double glazing is ideal for cold frame. I wish I had a permanent home so that I can start building my cold frame. I have a long piece of polycarbonate panel which I can use. You're so lucky. Would love to have your sprayer! Neat for any house plant or greenhouse watering. You could put an advert for a greenhouse as tons of people want to get rid of them. Shame I don't have a van to take it home and dismantling it can be a very dangerous business. Friend down the road got 2 given to him by his neighbour who does odd jobs for people.

There must have been 20 greenhouses this year on freegle and freecycle just the hassle puts me off asking for them most you have to dismantle yourself im ok at making things from odds and ends but can’t put flat pack furniture together to save my life never mind putting a greenhouse together

@Upsy Daisy You should sign up and ask. Posting an advert is easy. Just put down gardening accessories and then go into details: left over compost, grit, ... and people will respond.

Morning all, very mild and warm here but cloudy.
Going to get colder later in the week.
Watched bodyguard last night, hubby fell asleep at the end.
The only thing that wrong with it is that she has sex with her bodyguard, it tones it down a bit.

Hubbys going out this morning for a few hours to sort out a computer problem. He gets paid well for it, he used to work with him now he's got his own carpet and flooring business.

Got to do some weeding out the front, got that couch grass that always comes up. It's all in the plants as well.

If I were you, I would go round and see the state of the greenhouse. Well, you really need to have a van. Some people even ask takers to dismantle their sheds! LOL!

Morning, Logan.

When Hawes put her hand into you know what, I told myself I would only watch the final.

I stayed on it for 2 minutes and was watching The Beechgrove Story and it was so boring and long! I had to stop somewhere. There was an old lady there - amazing how 88 year old and 90 something can still garden. I'm already thinking of dying!

Ex is having holiday and wants son to stay with him. So he'll be away for 3 days and I have nobody to boss about. Shame! I really enjoy that!

Did you watch Bodyguard, Leeski? Too much nudity and it's unnecessary. I dislike men baring their bums gratuitously. Reckon there won't be another Mr Darcy .. So funny seeing Colin Firth huffing and puffing and yet so in character! He was good looking in Pride and P. Like Dan Stevens, the American market has turned this good looking man into an anorexic skeleton. I'd like to make him a rich soup!
