Thank you all for the kind words. @johnny canoe I can kill 3 of those now. I changed into my nightgown. It was just sooooooooooooo hoooooooooooot! Today, I got my teabags and they had made my life whole, but that has just doubled the sweating. My son calls me a heat generator.I had all the curtains drawn. Thank heavens that I was a group secretary before and I can type without any light on. My £1 fan is now! Hurrah! By the sound of it, the battery is giving up its ghost! Luck is NOT on my side.

@Silentrunning What are you going to do with your clay pan now!? Sorry, you should know that I am one big cheeky cow or sweating pig.

I went out again when the sun retired, but as soon as I went out, the sun was back on. After a bit of pottering, I just gave up. Have reduced about 10 pots and buried about 10 today. I want to be able to move with them. But one pot of Royal Rumble couldn't take the heat and cold and has died. Very sad. I am going to have a collection of salvias as they are really tough cookies but delicate beauties. Took my Honey Gold peony out and put it next to Sarah Bernhardt and straight away, the ants found the newcomer. Hope they do the cross-pollinating for me!

Bottled clam juice??:LOL: in that colourful drink! Amazing, @johnny canoe ! Does it taste fishy? LOL! I feel so much better now! Thank you, fan!

The light has faded a bit, but I could resist it as the campanula has such a soft blue .. The blue is tugging at my heart's string!

Ah...thanks @Perki .....I thought the blue one was that....do they also come in blue? The blue one has slightly different leaves, I think and is only just budding up......I'll nip off and take a quick pic of that one too...back in a mo!(y)
Right, here is the blue one

Double is a campanula too. I have both white and blue single. Years ago, a lady took me by the hand and told me a bird had delivered seeds to her pot from my house! What a lovely lady. Sadly, haven't seen her for a long time.

None of my snake head seeds have come to anything.

Good morning to a dull and grey day! Ah, what a relief! Please, sunshine, stay away for one day. I have just come in after sawing a dead branch of my beloved White flesh peach. I think it's a goner. But I will wait and see. Very sad. The fruits were sweet and juicy, literally dripping from the hands.:cry:

Reduced further the number of pots. This week I have to decide which estate agent to go with. It's so complicated. I just hope the new place is vacant, just to minimise the amount of anxiety.

Good Morning all....Humid and overcast here but sun will break up the mist I expect...might be a sticky day again.
We got quite a lot done yesterday and were still able to sit out and enjoy the garden from tea time onwards
