What a shame, Upsy! I have had a most glorious day. Have to say, there is a big patch of dark grey clouds outside now. Was on here an hour ago, then went to make dinner and reduce the number of indoor plant pots. So many of them. And the air is not much better. Have to reduce clutter and so I have squeezed quite a few together. Don't worry, we should have better weather after the rain band tomorrow. I wouldn't be surprised that yours was the rain band from the SW.

MaryMary, probably a good idea to look further ahead to see what the weather holds. Yours is probably not so freaky as ours.

It's so cold now. Need to sort out my car insurance and have suddenly found that it says social, domestic, pleasure without commuting. Insurance is such a scam.

Good morning. Been sorting out my banking with TSB. What a saga. Bet @Upsy Daisy must be having a bit of rain. We have had nothing so far. I do hope it's going to rain.

Trying to sort out car insurance as well. £516 with breakdown and no claim, but it missed out the word commuting. You really need to have your eyes open coming to insurance sagas.

I think I AM getting old and senile and may need @MaryMary 's help here

My surfing experience on here is no good at the minute the navigation and headers are all over the place something is wrong with the pages from my point of view I haven't touched any setting so why has this happened..any ideas posting is a laborious chore sorry to have to ask

What browser are you using please, BigC? You could download Edge, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox to see if it improves your surfing experience. Hope @zigs or @Ian can help.

Using Chrome..there was never a problem before I dont really want to swap browsers as all my passwords are saved in Chrome for handiness

Last week I found that I couldn't load pics on another forum, told hubby and he changed me from chrome to Firefox and it's ok now, it just happened all of a sudden. He said to me something else that I've broken


We do postal voting and I sealed the envelope before I put my ballot paper in, I had to pull it apart to get it in, but i did it. He said why are some women allowed to vote when I can't even do that.
