alp, I like the way you think!!
I think part of the problem with getting hours is that I am not "farm-y" enough. Almost all of my co-workers have chickens. One of them has a stable full of horses. Two of them raise show goats. One of them goes to the rodeo and rides bulls, and another went to college to be a farrier. I know nothing about these things!
As the plants have started coming in, I've been asking my co-workers if we'll get hydrangeas, and... they don't know what a hydrangea is!! View attachment 34853
I think you will like it there - it appeals to OUR bargain hunting instinct! Now you can even start your flowering business there. That sounds like an interesting place to work in with people with diverse interests/hobbies. And you have your own niche. Brilliant. Now you can educate them.
I saw on the weather report on US that in the NW, there would be terrible snow about 1 foot or more and in the SE, torrents of rain. The weather this week is going to be horrible for most of the US. Sit tight and get your discounted supplies and I am sure business will pick when the weather is fine.
Concussions are not jokes. He need to have scans, but some people love the thrills .. We are all different and because of that, life is more interesting.
@Perki I am always wary of greenhouse as where I live, it is always hot and dry, except this year. My plants will be toasted in a greenhouse as my garden is west facing and right at the end is concrete ground and wall which make it all the more hotter. Do you position your greenhouse in the brightest spot in your garden?
I have no seedlings to speak of. Too much to do to worry about that. I have taken some salvia cuttings and it might be the wrong wood or wrong time, but I have jiffy pellets laying around and I would like to experiment. Might not work, but I have to trim the stems off to bush out the plants any way.
