What a beeeeauutiful fuscia. I love fuscias. Mine get very leggy and ordinary, not the flowers but the plant. Trying a new tac, all in one garden bed, Fuscia Fusion it's called, so I can keep an eye on them and attempt to master the art of pinching.

I've never done this DeborahJane...I have 3 together in the garden and when they finish I just trim them back.

Trim back about how far Gail_68 pray tell? I have heard you can't kill them but I'm too nervous to cut too far back. Maybe I need to be a bit harsher

well here's mine in autumn when the leaves go dead and when they're in flower.

Viburnum coming in to flower for winter

Elijah blues trimmed and combed.

Pieris cut back for winter

This plant I keep forgetting the name but they've just finished flowering

Cordylines doing nice in November since stems have been cut and new shottings doing well

Conifer doing well since re-potted early this year

Camellia doing well for winter

Both heathers changing colour this month to purple / lilac and white

Red hot pokers still flowering

What's made me pleased is 3 young Elijah Blue grasses put together this year and how they've turned out.

Very healthy loking fuscias Gael_68. I have a couple I could do trim back like that but not this one I don't think.

And it has such a lovely flower, maybe it's just a Long Tall Sally

and not so close up......( In the back ground you and see some of my many pink nerines)

I love the leaves it gives the garden a hole new look( I prefer to look at them picking up is no fun & I look at the green colour for months so a change is good

red banana will be dug up in the next few days and put to bed in the garage..........fingers crossed it makes it again as its always a gamble I have to take
