What is your view?

Did a bike ride out onto the prairie two days ago. A view of the Rocky Mountains, downtown Calgary and a bit of the great plains.
Yesterday I spent the morning at the zoo gardens.

Is this unusual for you @MaryMary to have 90 degree weather in June/July?

It's about 10-15 degrees hotter than average for this time of year. Add in the humidity and no breeze; we've got a "real feel" in the 100's. They said on the news this morning that the last time we had temps like this for this time of year was 2012.

@MaryMary It is beautiful, so lush. A place where there is some respite from the heat of the burning sun. This is the first i've seen it in the full of summer. A little low but that is to be expected at this time of year. Did you walk a way in the water? You protected yourself against sunstroke i hope. I have never quite figured out why this creek has taken such a hold on me and why i love it so much. Thank you

@Beverly, no, I didn't walk in the water. I was on a different errand, and only stopped for a few minutes to get you some new pictures.

I guess not as many people are fishing this year, I only found one path going down to the creek.
