Ugly gardens,tacky garden art and garden "fails"

I used to have a neighbor who had the tackiest garden ever. It had everything in it, a painted fountain with frogs and lily pads, greek statues, a huge painted bald eagle statue with the American flag, half a dozen other smaller fountains and an over abundance of orbs and trellises.

ACSAPA - I kind of like gray statues too, but I feel that they look good only in really big and simple gardens.
Cereus - it must have looked awful! I don't understand people who collect hundreds of tacky decorations in their gardens

You could see the monstrosity from the main road too. They also had 2 carports with boats parked in them that hasn't even budged. I guess it's an older retired couple who have nothing else to do with their time. There aren't even flowers or anything either. It's just grass and tacky decor.
