I did find some ants eating the fruit. I use a chopstick to elevate them from the ground with a paperclip.. Aside from that I have lots of robins in my garden and enjoyed munching on the beetle,slugs and caterpillars..The only vegetable that did not survive is Kale..How do you keep the insects outhe of your strawberries? I hand pollinate them and put a lot of pollen on my zucchini. I only have about 6 hour window from morning to do this because the flower dies next day..@zigs Lovely peas - very good size - exhibition size! Brill!
