Started to watch the snow Bears, but it was a dramatisation, instead of a proper documenory So didn't watch it.

You will like it. I want to watch the two episodes Little Women and this one tonight and it is too cold to go out. Tomorrow I will have a clear out at the front. Hopefully, I can glue my face 10 inches away from the Hitachi tv/computer screen. There is a panasonic selling with sound bar for £900 - just under with no delivery fee. I think that's the one you were talking about.

Not sure if we'll have that size but at the moment can't get a 49inch one. Phillips might be making one in the future. Next year.

Just watched the first episode of little women, it's ok. It didn't seem too dark for me. Like the 2 films better. The original and the remake.


@alp what sort of TV are you looking for?

Me, murder, murder and murder and new depth of depravity ... I love new stories like The miniaturist. The finale was a damp quid,compared to the first one. Remakes are just so predictable.

Oh, I don't want to go for Samsung or Panny as the colour management are not that great. My samsung camera captures orange as yellow. Trouble is when you go to shops like Currys, they show you bluray DVD playing via a screen and you are easily fooled. Samsung sound quality appears to have been criticised as poor. I couldn't get myself onto Which? report for £1 so I am in a bit of a bind. I will consult the results before buying. You just watch, they will come down in price.

I will get the specifications of the most expensive ultra HD 4k and compare the specs and learn the difference. Son doesn't want to buy any before we move.

At least you know what you're doing and waiting after you move. Hubby probably won't buy that make. At the moment there's not a lot to choose from. Can't get a 49inch and the 55 will be too big. Won't have space to get the the window.

There is something called HDR?? 10 bits?? OLED all these I need to find out more. I read from review that Histense? died out of warranty and it's bought up by Toshiba or vice versa. A lot of things I need to learn. But need to put the house on the market first.

Watched the Miniaturist last night, it's very good. Also just watched the second episode of little women, it gets better as it goes on.
