Watched Blue Planet, There was a mother whale holding her dead calf. She didn't want to let go. It probably had been poisoned by the mom's contaminated milk, with all the plastics floating in the water. They break down and mix with anything else that's there.

I doubt it though, Logan. The ocean is a vast place. I sat there yesterday channel surfing and stopped at Professional Master Chef. The Brazilian got a terrible roasting for putting a cooked bird in the same tray as the carcass. He had a rude telling off. But he was really a dessert chef.. Sad. The pressure was immense. Not to say the judges talked to you and you had to work at the same time. The signature dishes were seriously demanding. It never ceases to amaze me how much butter they use to cook here. I prefer olive oil as it should be healthier as it should have a higher boiling point and the nutty flavour is just stunning; butter has a silky texture, but when I see a lump of butter, I think of lard!:cautious:

Yes they've gone back to butter because they think it's better at high temperatures. But it's very expensive. I still use sunflower oil.

I think there is a film about two racing aces, Niki Lauder and James Hunt called Rush. Well worth watching.

Hi,

Bron and I watch lots of YouTube movies and a number of these appear on our TV as small pictures only shown below; I connect the TV to the desktop via a pair of TP-Links my browser is Chrome. Can anyone please explain why this is happening and perhaps kindly offer a solution?

Kind regards, Colin.
